Consumer rights & paid features
Consumer information for a social service that may add paid plans or host features.
1.Current and future availability
The current public website does not sell a plan, subscription, host service, or digital content. The hosted social service is planned for Q1 2027. If a paid feature is introduced, the checkout will identify the provider and disclose the feature, total price, payment interval, renewal, cancellation method, technical requirements, and the consumer’s statutory rights before the order is placed.
2.EU digital content and services
Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and digital services may apply to consumer contracts where a trader supplies a digital service for a price or, in certain cases, where a consumer provides personal data for purposes beyond what is exclusively necessary to supply the service or meet legal requirements. It provides conformity requirements and remedies such as bringing a service into conformity, price reduction, or termination in qualifying circumstances. Its exact application and the national law transposing it depend on the service and contract.

3.Withdrawal, cancellation, and renewal
Before a consumer orders online, the checkout will explain any statutory withdrawal right and any lawful exception that applies to immediate digital supply, with the required express consent and acknowledgement. A subscription will show its price and billing frequency before purchase, provide an accessible cancellation route, and explain the date a cancellation takes effect. Cancellation of a paid plan does not automatically delete an account unless the user requests deletion.
4.Serbian consumer rules
Serbia enacted a new Law on Consumer Protection in 2026 (Official Gazette No. 35/2026), replacing the 2021 law cited in earlier materials. Whether and how it applies depends on the actual provider, service, and consumer contract. Before offering a paid feature to people in Serbia, the operator will review the current act and applicable rules, then publish the required pre-contract information, cancellation and complaint steps, and statutory remedies in the checkout and service terms. The legal review is not complete yet.

5.Price, taxes, and receipts
Any displayed price will state its currency and whether VAT and other taxes are included. The final order screen will show the total amount, recurring charges, and payment timing. Receipts and payment records will be retained only as required for contract administration, accounting, tax, and dispute resolution. Payment providers and their data roles will be identified in the Privacy Notice before a paid feature launches.
