Service provider information
Who provides kookey, how to contact the operator, and where required business details are published.
1.Operator identity
The legal name, legal form, geographic address, jurisdiction, and registration or tax details of the hosted-service operator are not yet published. We’ll publish the operator details before the hosted service opens. kookey is a project name and does not by itself identify the person or organization responsible for a service. Each independently operated instance has its own provider, who is responsible for identifying themselves to users.
2.Information society service details
Serbia’s Electronic Commerce Act, Article 6, requires covered providers to make specified provider information directly and continuously available, including the provider’s name, seat, contact details including an email address, public-register information where applicable, and tax information where applicable. For an EU-facing service, Article 5 of the E-Commerce Directive similarly requires service-provider identity, geographic address, and contact details that permit rapid and effective communication. The exact disclosures depend on the operator’s legal form and whether the service falls within the relevant statute.

3.Contact and regulatory channels
The site currently lists contact@kookey.me for project inquiries, but mailbox monitoring and response times are not confirmed. We’ll share a verified support contact and any separate privacy, copyright, safety, complaint, regulator, or legal-representative contacts before the hosted service opens. Until then, do not assume that an email has been received or that a response deadline applies.
4.Business and tax status
If the project begins providing a regulated or commercial service, the operator will publish registration, tax, VAT, and supervisory-authority details that apply to its legal form and activity. Prices shown to consumers will be clear about taxes and additional charges. A change from an individual project to a registered business will be reflected in the provider information and contract terms.
