Accessibility statement

The public website has not had a documented accessibility review yet. We’ll share the findings and a monitored feedback route after the review.

1.Status and scope

The public website has not had a completed accessibility audit. The pages, browsers, devices, and assistive technologies assessed, the standard used, the audit date, and known barriers are therefore not stated as verified facts. The hosted social service will need a separate assessment before it is offered.

2.Report an accessibility issue

A monitored accessibility contact and response process are not available yet. We’ll publish them when they are confirmed. The site lists contact@kookey.me for project inquiries, but mailbox monitoring is not confirmed. If you choose to write, identify the page, the task you could not complete, and the device or assistive technology if known; do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

3.What the assessment will cover

The public review should record keyboard access, visible focus, heading structure, contrast, zoom and reflow, motion, form labels, link purpose, and screen-reader output. The report should distinguish barriers found in kookey’s code from issues caused by a browser, device, or third-party service. No conformance claim is made until testing evidence and scope are published.

4.Known barriers and updates

Because no assessment results have been provided, kookey cannot yet publish a verified list of known barriers or remediation dates. After the accessibility review, we’ll share its dated findings, the responsible contact, a feedback route, and update history. User-uploaded video would also require clear information about captioning and other available alternatives if that feature launches.

5.Tell us what did not work

A monitored accessibility contact and response target are not confirmed. The site lists contact@kookey.me for project inquiries, but mailbox monitoring is not confirmed. We cannot confirm receipt or promise a fix through that address. If you choose to send a message, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, what happened, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

6.Accessibility review and feedback

A useful report will name the assessment date, pages and user journeys covered, browsers and assistive technologies tested, standard and version used, known barriers, and remediation status. It should say whether testing was automated, manual, or both and who conducted it. A checklist or automated scan alone cannot establish that every person can complete a task.

7.Updates and alternatives

Until an assessment and feedback process are published, visitors should treat accessibility support as unverified. The operator will add a dated findings list and an accessible route to essential service information before the hosted app opens. If a barrier prevents someone from using a feature, we’ll describe any temporary alternative and its limits.
