1.Hosts make the culture

kookey’s idea begins with the people who make a moment memorable: the participant who takes the shot, the teammate who set it up, and the friends who know the backstory. A future social product should let hosts add context and choose how they share it.

The hosted service is still planned; there is no current kookey user community or host program.

2.Shared work deserves credit

Code, design, writing, accessibility review, moderation, and feedback all take care. Contributors should be credited accurately, with links and names used only as they choose. No contributors have been named yet. We’ll add acknowledgements when contributions and permissions are confirmed.

If a credits list is published, it will identify each contribution accurately and avoid implying endorsement. For now, we’re grateful to everyone who has helped shape the idea.

3.How to contribute

The Contributor Guide explains how to work on the website, including local setup, attribution, and review expectations. A public issue tracker or contribution channel has not been confirmed yet. We’ll share a link when one is available.

4.Credits and acknowledgments

Any acknowledgements list will describe contributions accurately and include names or links only with permission. No contributor names have been confirmed for publication yet. We’ll add names and credits once they are verified and approved. If a credits page is published, it will distinguish code, art, writing, testing, and other contributions where those details can be confirmed.
