Roadmap & feedback

A place for priorities to be shaped by hosts and communities.

Notice: Planned Product Information

This documentation describes functionality and policies planned for the hosted Kookey social platform, targeting release in Q1 2027. The current public website is a static presentation and waitlist.

1.Current release target

The hosted social service is planned for Q1 2027. This is a target, not a guaranteed release date. The public website has no dated feature roadmap, and no feature-by-feature commitments are published. If the target changes, we’ll share the new target here.

2.Share a thoughtful idea

Useful feedback explains the task someone is trying to complete, what gets in the way, and who else might benefit. Include the page or concept, expected outcome, and any accessibility, privacy, or safety concern. Do not include passwords, private messages, or sensitive personal data in a public idea report.

A public issue tracker or dedicated feedback form has not been confirmed. The site lists contact@kookey.me for project inquiries, but mailbox monitoring is not verified.

3.How feedback will be triaged

A feedback owner, review schedule, and response commitment have not been published yet. A future process should weigh user benefit, accessibility, privacy, safety, implementation effort, and maintenance cost, and explain when an idea is accepted, deferred, or declined. We’ll share an update when a maintained feedback channel and responsible contact are available.

4.Recent decisions

There is no public decision log yet. The current hosted-service release target is Q1 2027; we’ll share other milestones when they are confirmed.

5.How the roadmap will stay current

The project will label a date as a target when it is an estimate and as a release date only after the service is available. Feature descriptions will use the planned status until the implementation is verified. A maintained update owner and publication cadence have not been confirmed; visitors should use the service-status page for the latest public statement rather than treating a mockup or concept as a commitment.
